1. General Information

MIB Transportation LLC provides luxury ground transportation throughout Utah including Salt Lake City, Park City, Deer Valley, Sandy, West Valley City, Draper, and surrounding areas. Our services include SUV transportation, Sprinter Van transportation, corporate travel, wedding transfers, group transportation, and airport shuttle services. These Terms & Conditions outline the responsibilities, expectations, and policies governing the use of our services. 2. Reservations & Booking Policy

Reservations can be made through our website, over the phone, by text message, or through email. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email or text confirmation containing your trip details. All riders must agree to the MIB Transportation Terms and Conditions before booking.

      • All bookings are subject to availability.
      • Full pickup address, drop-off address, and flight information (if applicable) must be provided at the time of booking.
      • For airport transportation, accurate flight details ensure timely service and proper coordination.

3. Payment Terms

These MIB Transportation Terms and Conditions are designed to protect both the client and the chauffeur team. MIB Transportation LLC accepts major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and pre-approved corporate invoices. Payment is typically required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.1 Gratuities

A standard chauffeur gratuity may be included depending on the service. Additional gratuity is optional and appreciated.

3.2 Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:
  • Stops that were not included in the original reservation
  • Toll roads or parking charges
  • Extra waiting time beyond the included grace period
  • Vehicle upgrade requests

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For more details, please review the full MIB Transportation Terms and Conditions. We understand that travel plans can change. To maintain the highest quality of service, the following cancellation rules apply:

4.1 Standard Rides

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup: No charge.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup: Full fare charged.

4.2 Airport Transportation

  • Cancel 12 hours prior: No charge.
  • Cancel inside 12 hours: Full fare charged.

4.3 Group Transportation / Sprinter Vans

  • Cancel 48 hours prior: No charge.
  • Less than 48 hours: Full fare charged.

4.4 Special Events (Weddings, Corporate Events, Hourly Charters)

  • 50% deposit required at booking
  • Deposit becomes non-refundable 7 days before the event.
If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate changes when available.

5. Vehicle Policies

All MIB Transportation LLC vehicles are maintained at high standards for safety, cleanliness, and comfort. Customers are expected to treat our vehicles with respect.

  1. No smoking, vaping, or open flames are permitted.
  2. No consumption of illegal substances.
  3. Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21+ with responsible behavior.
  4. Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger will result in repair charges billed to the customer.

5.1 Cleaning Fees

Cleaning fees may be charged for spills, excessive trash, or situations requiring deep cleaning. Standard cleaning fees range from $150 to $500 depending on severity.

6. Wait Time Policy

To maintain schedule efficiency, the following waiting time rules apply:
  1. Airport pickups: 30 minutes complimentary waiting time after flight arrival.
  2. Residential pickups: 15 minutes complimentary waiting time.
  3. After the grace period, wait time fees may apply per 15-minute increment.
Flights are monitored in real-time. If your flight is delayed or changed, we adjust automatically at no extra cost.

7. No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when the passenger fails to arrive at the scheduled pickup location and does not contact our team. In this case:
  • Full fare is charged.
  • Chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes before marking the ride as no-show.

8. Safety & Conduct

Passenger safety is our highest priority. Customers must follow chauffeur instructions for safe travel.
  1. Seat belts must be worn at all times.
  2. Passengers must avoid distracting the chauffeur.
  3. Children under 8 require an age-appropriate car seat (available upon request).

9. Lost & Found

MIB Transportation LLC is not responsible for items left behind in our vehicles. However, we will make every effort to locate lost items. If found, arrangements can be made for pickup or delivery.

10. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service for the following reasons:
  • Disruptive or unsafe passenger behavior
  • Illegal activities
  • Overcapacity beyond vehicle limits

11. Weather & Traffic Delays

While we prioritize punctuality, Utah weather conditions (snowstorms, icy roads, heavy traffic) can impact travel times. MIB Transportation LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, or uncontrollable circumstances.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal information, including name, phone number, email address, and payment data, is protected. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except for payment processing or necessary operational purposes.
